Hickory Cropper Mania Policies
Please read the policies below. By registering and
submitting payment for Hickory Cropper Mania, you hereby agree to the terms listed below.
The event coordinator is Donna Boyce. The facility is Catholic Conference Center, 1551 Trinity Lane, Hickory, NC 28602.
Registration
Payment is due at the time of registration in order to secure your spot. Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Please contact the event coordinator if different arrangements are needed.
Cancellation
Refunds will not be issued for “no shows” or cancellations. Fees are non-refundable, but you may send someone else in your place. If the event coordinator cancels the event, a full refund will be given. Should an Act of God (flood, fire, severe weather, etc) occur that causes the event to be canceled in advance of the event date, registration fees will be refunded less 5% to cover paypal fees, if incurred. If an act of God occurs during the event, registration fees will not be refunded.
Liability Release
The event coordinator is released of any and all liability resulting from participation in Hickory Cropper Mania including, but not limited to, personal injuries or damage to personal property. The event coordinator is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Catholic Conference Center rooms have 2 double beds and a private bath. Fees are based on double occupancy and are included in the cost of the crop. Should you desire a single room rate, please contact the event coordinator for those charges. The event coordinator is not responsible for any other charges incurred by
attendees.
Special Considerations
It is the responsibility of the attendee to notify the event coordinator of any special assistance or dietary needs at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
