How do I register?
There are several ways for you register for your convenience.
1. You can register right here on the website.
2. You can email or call and provide us with your information.

What are the payment options?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space. You can pay the deposit online using PayPal or you can send us a check or money order in the mail. Of course you can pay for the whole weekend up front if that works better for you. In any case the full balance is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the event (or upon registration if you are registering for an event that is less than 2 weeks away.

Is it possible to set up a payment plan?
Yes, we can work with you to customize a payment plan to fit your needs! All you need to do is send an email to CMe2Crop@bellsouth.net with a breakdown of how much you would like to pay and when.

I want to register but none of the options work for me.
No problem! Simply send us an email (CMe2Crop@bellsouth.net) with what you are looking for and we will try our best to accommodate your request. It is not always possible, but please ask.

I have never been away to scrapbook for an entire weekend. What should I expect?
Well, be prepared for a new addiction if this is your first time! It is the best avenue to get a ton completed without the distractions you would have at home! You will be amazed how much you can accomplish in just one weekend. You will also get to meet new people who share the same love for the hobby, have an opportunity to shop vendor booths, take classes (for an additional fee per class), spend hours and hours working on your projects, take time to relax, or anything else you choose to do during your weekend! You will receive a thank you gift for attending and have the opportunity to win door prizes! There will also be a Cricut Machine w/ cartridges for your use. All of your meals will be prepared for you in a separate room, so your crop station can stay set up for the entire weekend.

What should I pack for a weekend crop?
Here is a checklist for you of some things you may want to bring:
* Comfy clothes and shoes. You may want to dress in layers depending on the comfort level you desire.
* Your scrapbook supplies and pictures! Bring plenty to work on. If this is your first time, you may be surprised how much you get done and you won’t want to get half way through the weekend and realize you are out of pictures.
* Any organizational tools that help you to be organized while you are working.
* Cricut Mat (6×12) if you want to use the Cricut machine.
* Drink holder; cup with lid to prevent spills on your work or the work of your table mates.
* Trash bag will be provided at each spot

* CCC has power strips to use at the work stations, but you may want to bring your own, just in case.
* If you want to listen to your own music, please bring ear phones. We will have a radio/CD player available in the crop room.

* Extra money if you want to shop the vendor booths or take any classes offered.
*You can bring snacks for your room if you would like, but there will be meals provided, a drink station and snacks, so you may not need anything additional!

What time can I arrive to a weekend I’ve registered for?
The start time for our weekends is 12pm (noon) on Friday. Your hotel room may not yet be available but there is a place to store your luggage and the meeting room will be open for you to setup and get to work.

Will I be able to sit near my friends?
Yes, there is a spot on the registration form to list your tablemates. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Is there an age limit for the events?
Our events are primarily a getaway for our attendees so we ask that nobody under 16 years old attend the weekend. 16 – 18 year olds will be allowed to attend with a parent/adult. (Vendors are also not permitted to bring anyone with them under the age of 18.)

Is the crop room open around the clock?
Yes. We want to make sure that you can make the most of your time away. If you want to pull an all-nighter we will keep the coffee on for you.

Is electricity provided in the crop room?
There is electricity at each venue, but it is recommended that you bring a power strip and/or extension cord, preferably ones that work with 3 prongs.

Do I need to bring extra lighting?
No.  The room that we crop in has sufficient lighting, but if you want to bring a light there is power available.

Can I leave all of my belongings in the crop room?
Please use discretion with what you leave in the crop room when you are not there. We are not responsible for anything lost or stolen. It would be best to take anything of value with you when you leave at night to be on the safe side.

How many people attend the weekend crops?
At this point we really have no idea.  We will limit the number to 24 croppers per event so that everyone has plenty of room.

Will vendors be there to purchase scrapbook products?
Yes, there will be at least ONE vendor at each weekend, depending on space. If space allows there will be more vendors.

Will there be classes offered?
Check with us if you have any questions about classes for a particular event.

I am interested in vending at an event. What types of vendors do you allow?
At this time ONLY scrapbook specific vendors are permitted. If you have a unique scrapbooking related product line, please feel free to email CMe2Crop@bellsouth.net for more information.

I have an emergency and need to cancel my weekend?
We understand that emergencies arise and are sometimes out of your control. Please see the Cancellation Policy in the policy section if you need to cancel.
